BRWCD has been approved by the Division of Water Rights to drill a test well in Deweyville, UT before developing a culinary source of water under approved Water Right 29-4020.
We intend to drill a 6-inch test well to a depth of approximately 1100 feet at the mouth of Flat Canyon. A 75 ft. x 100 ft. well pad has been constructed.
BRWCD went through a public process to select a qualified well driller to construct this test well. The District has selected Lang Equipment LLC of SLC, UT as the low bidder.
It is anticipated that drilling will begin in early October, 2019.
