How It Works

We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online payment systems.

When you sign up for online bill payment, you will get a secure password to access your personal account at When you opt-in to paperless billing, every month we’ll send you a reminder email to let you know when your bill is online.

Then, log in by pressing the button above and view your bill. Select a payment type —credit card, debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your checking account (aka: eCheck) — enter the requested information, and you’re done!

It’s that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes.

It’s free to sign up for online payments and to use the service. However, there will be a service fee charged for payments larger than $500.00 made with a credit card, there will be no fees for eCheck payments.

Online Banking (Through your financial institution’s Bill Payment System) – To ensure the payment is properly applied, please add your BRWCD account number from your billing statement to your payment.

Mail– Send check or money order to:  102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302

In Person– BRWCD Office Hours are 8:30AM—5:00pm Monday –Friday.  After hours or occasionally when the office is temporarily closed for out of office business, there are payment drop boxes located in both entryways for your convenience.

Payments are due by 3:00 pm on the last working day of the month.  A late fee of $10.00 will then be charged on any remaining account balance.
