Complete a water service application:

How to Discontinue Water Service

Generally, you will remain responsible for the water service until it is transferred to someone else who follows the above process.  If possible, please inform those who will be moving in to notify the BRWCD office and obtain a Water Service Application.

If you are moving, please call our office at (435)734-7034 to advise us of the date you will no longer need service.  If there is no one moving in who will require the service, it can be terminated.  There is a service fee of $100.00 required to reinstate the service after the water service application for the new resident is received.

Payment envelopes are provided with your monthly statement for your convenience.


Online Banking (Through your financial institution)

Be sure to have your correct account number as listed on your statement entered to insure the payment is properly credited to your account.


In Person– BRWCD Office Hours are 8:30AM—5:00pm Monday –Friday.  After hours or occasionally when the office is temporarily closed for out of office business, please use the drop box located on the south side of the building, inside the vestibule on the west wall.

Payments are due by 3:00 pm on the last working day of the month.  Interest will then be charged on any remaining account balance.
